About this build. Scored on the same 1–10 PRAXIS bands and green/yellow/red/black Metric Control levels as the leader-facing Dispatcher and CCS Scorecards — this view just re-slices the identical data per person, styled to match the Team Review format. needs … marks a metric with no data source wired yet. Each trend chart point is the average of that week's individual recorded scores (not a re-banded weekly total) — click a point or date label to filter the whole scorecard down to that week (click "Viewing: …" above to reset). Click any live metric for its formula breakdown, then click a number in that breakdown to see the underlying jobs/calls, then click a job to open it in ServiceTitan — use Back or the breadcrumb trail at the top of the drawer to step back up.
